Our History
TLCS has heartfelt roots, it was founded in 2013 and is built on the courage and bravery of a young man
Andy sadly and unexpectedly lost his life to his complex needs and his parents (Pauline & Tony), after their long and difficult fight to find and implement the right levels of care, believed that nobody should have to endure the barriers and difficulties that they faced so set up a bespoke care company in his memory with this vision and mission in mind. 9 years on and even after the Covid19 pandemic, TLCS stands strong, offering care and support to individuals in and around Staffordshire proudly remembering Andy and how this all began.
